A custom mobile application for Progressive Waste Management

At GPG, we keep going with new technologies to provide state of the art applications to our customers. In 2013, Microsoft released its last RAD technology Microsoft Lightswitch HTML Client to help developers creating fast, efficient and responsive HTML5 application compatible on any mobile device. We used it to create a lightweight web based application that could be used on iOS platforms (iPhone, iPad), Android, Blackberry or any desktop computer. This "Cloud" application is used to schedule dispatch of waste material at Lachenaie BFI landfill and send advices in real time, for any modifications to staff on the ground. The Lightswitch technology is the perfect tool to create dynamic and secured HTML5 applications.
